Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: Try PinLayout free for 7 days — no charge, no card needed to start the trial. If you subscribe and change your mind, you have a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel your subscription any time; it stops renewing at the end of the current period.

1. Free trial

PinLayout offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. During the trial you are not charged. If you don't continue, paid features simply lock — your data and layouts remain on your device.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that payment. To request a refund, email support@pinlayout.com from the address on your account.

3. Your EU/EEA right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because PinLayout is delivered immediately, when you buy you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. Independently of this, our 7-day money-back guarantee in section 2 still applies. Nothing here removes mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.

4. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Pro is available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We will notify you in advance of any price change and, where required, of upcoming renewals.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel any time from your account page, or by emailing support@pinlayout.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by law or under section 2.

6. Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes; VAT or local sales tax is added where required based on your location. Your invoice shows the tax applied.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend Pro features until payment succeeds. Your data remains intact.

8. Payment processor

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
